The tech behind the business, done for you.

Email, Google, bookings, payments, the systems that keep it all running — set up properly once, handed over with instructions, so you can get back to the actual work.

Eleven half-finished systems.

Most small businesses don't have a technology problem. They have eleven technology problems, each one 80% set up, none of them talking to each other. The booking system that doesn't sync to the calendar. The Google listing someone set up in 2019 with the old address. The business email that still forwards to a personal Gmail.

This is the service that goes through all of it and finishes the job.

What we set up

Configured, tested, handed over.

Email and domain

Professional email on your own domain — hello@yourbusiness.com — through Google Workspace. Configured, tested sending and receiving, and pointed where it should go.

Google Business Profile

Claimed, verified and filled out properly: hours, service area, categories, photos. Linked to your site. Often the single biggest visibility win for a local business — and the one most often left half-done.

Booking and scheduling

Squarespace Scheduling, Acuity, Calendly or Square Appointments. Services, durations, availability, buffers and confirmation emails configured, then tested with a real booking.

Payments and POS

Stripe, Square or PayPal connected. Point-of-sale configured if you sell in person. Taxes and shipping set up. Tested with a real transaction before anyone relies on it.

Sometimes what's missing isn't a tool.

It's the paperwork and the process around it.

  • Strategy sessions — one-on-one, working through what's actually blocking you rather than a generic checklist.
  • Contracts, intake forms and agreements — the documents that make a small business look and operate like a real one.
  • SOPs and process documentation — write down how you do the thing, so it survives being busy.
  • Tool recommendations — honest advice, including the frequent answer that you don't need the thing you were about to buy.

Once the pieces exist, they should talk.

Bookings that land on your calendar and trigger a confirmation. Form submissions that create a contact instead of sitting in an inbox. Invoices that follow a completed job without you remembering to send them.

Tell us what you're doing by hand twice a week and we'll start there.

How pricing works

This work varies too much for a fixed price.

The care plans cover monthly time for edits, updates and the things that come up.
